This role demands mastery in dozer operation, a strong commitment to safety, physical endurance, and the ability to travel extensively to support rock crushing operations.
This is a hands-on position that requires adaptability and a strong team-player mindset. Candidates must be willing to assist the team with a variety of tasks beyond operating heavy equipment. If you are unwilling to pick up a shovel, help unclog the crusher, assist with screen changes, or take on other non-operator roles as needed, this position is not for you. A willingness to get out of the cab and support the crew is essential to our success.
Key Responsibilities
- Expert Dozer Operation: Safely maneuver and operate dozers across challenging terrain and varying weather conditions.
- Material Handling: Push and distribute rock efficiently to designated areas for crushing and processing.
- Site Preparation: Level ground, remove obstructions, and maintain work areas to support overall production.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and report malfunctions or necessary repairs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other operators and crew members to optimize workflow.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to multiple quarry sites within Arizona.
