Seeking current college Juniors and Seniors to join our growing Germantown headquarters for a summer internship.

Weimer Bearing seeks entrepreneurial individuals for a full-time, paid summer internship. Throughout your internship, we will provide continuous training, mentorship and performance feedback to ensure you attain the necessary skills to succeed in a future sales role. You will meet and train with our interns across all of our locations and get a chance to shadow some of our other departments.

Job Duties:

• Develop your professional skills through on-the-job learning, technical sales training and leadership exposure.
• Collaborate with our sales team to solve customer issues and win business.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and teammates.
• Cross train with each department to develop an understanding of the entire sales cycle.
• Develop industry knowledge through sales meetings and hands-on product training.

Education & Experience:

Undergraduate student working towards a bachelor’s degree in their junior or senior year of study, with an interest in a future sales career.
