Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily work orders generated by tenant requests and Property Managers ranging from minor repairs to routine preventative maintenance.
- Perform skilled repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, appliance repair, and general HVAC maintenance
- Liaise with tenants regarding work order status, scheduling, and resolution with a high level of professionalism.
- Assist in identifying preventative maintenance opportunities
- Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards and within required timelines
- Accurately log work hours, materials, and completion notes daily via a company-provided mobile device.
- Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 3 years of professional maintenance experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in general building repairs;
- Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license, Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced commercial environment.
