Car Wash Manager In Training:

We are seeking a high energy, experienced leader to help lead our teams and deliver our guests a one-of-a-kind car wash experience. As a Car Wash Manager-in-Training at Gas N Wash, you will be responsible for learning the day-to-day operations of the wash as well as providing support for the sites you are training at. Manager in Training Job Responsibilities:

· A strong emphasis on providing an exceptional customer service experience for our guests.

· The ability to present, promote, and sell car wash memberships

· Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

· The ability to help train and develop new employees.

· The ability to motivate and coach your team as needed.

· The ability to prioritize responsibilities and multitask.

· The ability to work well in a team environment and individually.

· Learn to guide cars safely into the car wash tunnel, learn the operations of the tunnel and continue to practice tunnel safety.

· Strong emphasis on growing sales volume and site profitability, as well as driving business results consistently.

· Help maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash including landscaping.

· Ensure all safety procedures are being followed for guests and staff.

· Continue to learn and maintain an understanding of car wash equipment; troubleshooting and identifying maintenance issues, perform basic maintenance, and work with the maintenance teams to resolve any issues.

· Knowledge of all chemicals and the ability to make chemical transfers safely.

· Demonstrate a high level of guest satisfaction by learning to handle any inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.

· Strong emphasis on sales, customer satisfaction and membership retention.

· Basic computer skills.

· Any duties assigned by leadership.

· Pay starting at $23 hourly + commission for car wash membership sales.

· High School Diploma or GED is required.

· Minimum 2 years of management or leadership experience is REQUIRED.

· The ability to stand for long periods of time.

· Travel between locations for training and development purposes.

· The ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
