As a Solutions Specialist, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain’s growth and dynamic environment. The candidate for this role should be passionate about technology and possess a knack for uncovering root causes of tier two support issues and crafting elegant solutions.
This role will act as a primary interface with Engrain’s customers to identify solutions for complex problems and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The Solutions Specialist will work collaboratively with all internal teams and assist with the creation of self-serve troubleshooting documentation for all of Engrain’s core product offerings. This role will be a part of a 8-10 person team and report directly to the Director of Technical Solutions.
What you’ll do…
- Technical Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, empathetic, and easy-to-understand information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Product Expertise & Support: Provide technical support for our core products, including handling issues related to website integrations and product features. You'll serve as a product expert, sharing your deep knowledge through internal training sessions and by documenting solutions and best practices.
- Problem-Solving & Analysis: Use your analytical skills to identify common issues, implement effective solutions, and proactively provide feedback to internal teams. You'll use tools like Postman to query API endpoints for complex troubleshooting.
- Client Solutions: Work directly with clients to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of our solutions, and configure and implement tailored solutions across our product suite.
- Data Management: Format and match large datasets using Excel or Google Sheets to support various projects and initiatives.
- Share your troubleshooting expertise by documenting solutions and best practices in our internal knowledge base for future reference and training purposes.
- Utilize your analytical skills and technical expertise to implement effective solutions for a diverse range of issues.
- Conduct customer and internal training sessions.
- Leverage deep product knowledge to demonstrate solution selling techniques, uncover client challenges, and deliver valuable solutions.
- Socialize and train Engrain’s API suite to many different audiences.

What we offer you...
- Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of $60,000 - $70,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate’s experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
