To be considered for this position, you must have Pick/Pack experience. You must be able to pass a background screening. You must be able to speak and read English.

As a Pick/Packer at Naples Soap Company, you will play an essential role in ensuring our products are carefully packaged and prepared for shipment. This position is vital to maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction as we continue to expand our reach both in retail stores across Florida and online.

Job Type: Full-time (up to 30 hours per week)

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:  10 hour shift (7:00 am to 5:00 pm) INCLUDING, Every other weekend required

Responsibilities

• Accurately pack products for shipment while adhering to company quality standards.
• Inspect products for defects or damages before packaging.
• Label packages correctly to ensure timely delivery.
• Wrap soaps when needed and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area to promote efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing goals.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking packaged goods.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support the overall production process as needed.

Qualifications
