Èlephante is hiring Bussers to join our team at our iconic Santa Monica rooftop restaurant.

Èlephante is known for its high-energy atmosphere, coastal Italian cuisine, and one of the busiest dining rooms on the Westside. Our support team plays a critical role in maintaining the pace and flow of service while ensuring every guest enjoys a polished and welcoming dining experience.

We are looking for bussers who are hardworking, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous busser, food runner, or restaurant support experience preferred
• Experience in high-volume restaurants strongly preferred
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to stay organized during busy services
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout long shifts
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Reset and clean tables quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth table turnover
• Assist servers and runners in delivering food and clearing plates
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room
• Refill water and assist guests when appropriate
• Stock service stations and maintain supplies throughout service
• Assist with opening and closing side work
• Support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth, efficient service
