This position involves working with a team of engineers, architects, and support staff to develop Revit models, construction drawings, and design documentation for architectural and structural projects. The role supports project teams from early design through construction by translating project concepts into coordinated models and construction documents.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain Revit models and assist engineers and architects with conceptual models and renderings
- Produce detailed construction drawings and documentation for project bidding and construction
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams throughout design and construction
- Assist with revisions and updates as projects move through design and construction phases
- Maintain drawing standards, templates, and model organization
- Provide support to project teams and assist with technical questions related to project documentation
- Participate in occasional field activities such as construction observation or surveying support when needed
What You Bring
- Associate of Science degree or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical school in Architectural Drafting, Design Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of related experience preferred
- Must demonstrate proficiency with CADD software, specifically Autodesk Revit
- Understanding of the project design process, including conceptual design, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and clients
- A desire to grow professionally and contribute to meaningful projects
