Title: Customer Service Representative - Sales
Department(s): Office
Reports to: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The customer service representative will be responsible for helping customers by providing product/service information, quoting, placing/scheduling orders and resolving issues.
Essential job functions:
- Handle customer inquiries by email, phone.
- Data Entry
- Quoting, placing and scheduling orders provided by large customer base
- Provide information about the products and services
- Resolve customer issues and concerns
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Manage files, update paperwork, distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Maintaining and growing customer relationships.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced office environment
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or order processing
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and other relevant software
Salary Description
$18.00 - $20.00 p/h
