Patient Engagement Representative-Dental
Description

The Patient Engagement Representative must demonstrate the ability to multi-task, manage simultaneous communications, and set priorities while maintaining exceptional first line patient service and interpersonal behaviors in a confidential manner. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced setting, have strong computer skills, and be able to manage a large volume of calls. The PER possesses the ability to work independently while maintaining a calm demeanor and good judgment in a fast paced environment.


Work schedule includes some early evening rotations.


Requirements

Dental practice experience is preferred.
