Position Title: The Only Facial Esthetician

Salary Description: $27+ per hour

Reports To: Store Manager

The Only Facial needs several “other people first” Estheticians to join our team. Are you a licensed Esthetician who truly cares about your customers healthy skin care routine? Do you enjoy building a relationship with your clients – not just providing a service?  What You’ll Do:

• Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
• Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere

• Licensed Esthetician (required)
