Calling all aspiring art directors! If you’re looking to spend your summer dreaming up ideas, building your portfolio, and learning what it’s like to work on real creative projects, this internship is for you.
We’re looking for driven students who are excited to learn, collaborate, and contribute. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside our team on real projects while building valuable skills that translate beyond the classroom. Our internship program is designed to give you exposure to agency life, opportunities to grow your skill set, and a chance to see how great ideas turn into great work.
This position is open to current college students who are able to earn academic credit through their program of study upon completion of the internship. This is an unpaid, for-credit opportunity running from June-August, with flexible start and end dates.
Interns will be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance throughout the internship. While much of your work will be completed independently, your mentor will support you as you gain hands-on, real-world experience and further immerse yourself in the industry.
The Art Director Intern will collaborate with our Creative team to support the development of a variety of project deliverables. With guidance and feedback from your mentor and fellow team members, you’ll assist with things like new business presentations, branding design, social/campaign concepting, helping to execute creative concepts, and much more. This intern should be able to commit to working approximately 20-30 hours per/week throughout the summer.
Intern candidates should have experience with the following platforms:
- Microsoft Office (Word & PowerPoint)
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Bonus points if you have experience in Adobe After Effects and/or Figma
