The Account Coordinator Intern is the organizational engine of the team. You support the day-to-day tactical needs of accounts, ensuring that information flows smoothly between the client and the agency. You are a proactive “all-arounder” who handles essential tasks with precision, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. If this sounds like you, keep reading! This opportunity is best suited for students who will be local to the Pittsburgh area this summer. While we do offer flexible hybrid work schedules, the Account Coordinator Intern will gain more valuable experience by being in-office with the team 1-2 days/week throughout the duration of the internship.

As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside our team on real projects while building valuable skills that translate beyond the classroom. Our internship program is designed to give you exposure to agency life, opportunities to grow your skill set, and a chance to see how great ideas turn into great work.
This position is open to current college students who are able to earn academic credit through their program of study upon completion of the internship. This is an unpaid, for-credit opportunity running from June-August, with flexible start and end dates.
Interns will be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance throughout the internship. While much of your work will be completed independently, your mentor will support you as you gain hands-on, real-world experience and further immerse yourself in the industry.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and client meetings, including scheduling and tech setup
- Prepare meeting agendas and detailed recaps that clearly outline decisions and next steps
- Maintain real-time accuracy in accounting (Advantage) and project management tools (Wrike) for all assigned tasks. This includes opening jobs, inputting estimates, inputting feedback, uploading project files, etc.
- Support the development of project briefs, estimates, and presentation decks
- Assist with billing coordination, time tracking, and financial documentation
- Able to commit to approximately 20-30 hours/week throughout the internship
