This internship offers hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing, including digital campaigns, content creation, events, and brand development. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals while contributing your own ideas to real campaigns that support our clients and community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital channels.
  • Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support planning and execution of company events, webinars, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation of written, visual, and video content for marketing initiatives.
  • Help manage and maintain CRM systems such as HubSpot and MailChimp for communications, newsletters, and campaigns.
  • Track marketing campaign performance and report insights to the team.
  • Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials, presentations, and collateral.
  • Help update marketing/internal templates, presentations, and branded assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and leadership.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.



Requirements

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to quickly learn new marketing, CRM, and business software tools.


Requirements

  • Current junior or senior student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, communications, or a related field, or a recent graduate in a related discipline.
  • Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
  • Comfortable learning new software tools and technology platforms.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to assist with internal and external events, including occasional after-hours or off-site activities.
  • Must be dependable and available for the duration of the internship program.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Express, Premiere) and/or Canva.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Basic experience with video creation or editing.
  • Interest with technology, IT services, or SaaS marketing.
