We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transition Manager to join our team, supporting our downstream business with a focus on utilizing chemistry to prevent and mitigate challenges throughout the refinery. Areas of focus will include

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for transition planning and execution, customer training, transition procedure development (and initial implementation)

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ yrs in transition expertise, multiple accounts, refinery operations, sales/operations leadership, strong communication and presentation skills

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of refinery chemical processes and applications.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques and process monitoring tools.
•  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Working Conditions / Physical Demands

• Work will typically be performed in an office environment using routine office equipment.

Travel Requirements

• Up to 50% - as needed
