Position Overview
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is a key member of the executive leadership team for both entities. This role is responsible for driving top-line growth, overseeing all revenue-generating activities, and developing strategic relationships that expand the company's market presence. The CRO works closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure sustainable revenue and partnership growth. On Site or Hybrid in Las Vegas, NV is preferred. Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies that encompass ticket sales, sponsorships, affiliate programs, and new business models. Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine approaches to meet and exceed targets.
- Partnership Development:
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with venues, promoters, artists, sports organizations, and technology providers. Foster long-term relationships that create mutual value and enhance the ticketing platform's offerings.
- Sales Leadership:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious goals. Set clear objectives, provide coaching, and implement best practices to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Market Expansion:
- Drive entry into new geographic markets and verticals. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration Across Departments:
- Work with marketing, product, and customer service teams to launch new products, enhance the customer experience, and deliver integrated solutions for partners.
- Financial Oversight:
- Oversee revenue forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Ensure accuracy in revenue tracking and alignment with organizational goals.
- Innovation & Digital Transformation:
- Collaborate with Product Leadership on the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and business models to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure all revenue and partnership activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior revenue, sales, or business development roles within the ticketing, entertainment, or technology sectors.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Deep understanding of digital platforms, e-commerce, and the latest trends in ticketing technology.
- Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Salary range is $145,000 to $180,000 based on experience, commission eligible. Hybrid in Las Vegas is preferred, but remote is a possibility for the right candidate.
