This role offers a hands-on opportunity to learn the day to day functions of a fast paced marketing team. The individual will spend time shadowing team members to gain a broad understanding of how marketing supports the company and its customers. Responsibilities will include assisting with a variety of marketing initiatives and contributing to projects across multiple platforms. The position will provide opportunities to help create and manage content, support communications, and assist with ongoing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, organized, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment. Throughout the experience, the individual will develop practical marketing skills while supporting the team on a wide range of projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Work alongside the marketing team to learn about different roles and how the department supports the company.
  • Assist with creating, scheduling, and managing content across digital platforms while helping track performance and engagement.
  • Help capture, organize, and edit visual content for use across various marketing channels. This includes being out in the field learning from our RYAN Pros.
  • Support a variety of marketing projects and contribute to initiatives as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings, help manage materials and resources, and assist with day-to-day marketing tasks.
Requirements

 

  • Licensed: A valid driver’s license is required 
  • Academically Inclined: We prefer candidates that are currently studying Marketing or a related field. 
  • Ambitious & Eager to Learn: You should be a self-starter who is passionate about learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic photography or video editing skills
  • Experience using Adobe or Canva for basic graphic design
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace products including Docs, Sheets and Slides
