Project Coordinator
Description

 

Empower Solar is a full service, residential solar installer looking for experienced and driven individuals to join our ever-expanding team. We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to ensure all paperwork is complete and ready to submit to utility.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assigned 230-270 active projects
  • Interact with customers and sales reps via telephone, email, or text messages to resolve questions and provide updates
  • Review all front-end accounts daily to ensure accounts move quickly and efficiently
  • Review newly assigned accounts daily to check for all needed documents (financing, install documentation)
  • Assisting with customer service inbound line as needed fielding customer questions and service request
  • Update homeowners each week as to the current project status and work to obtain any items needed
  • Review all email and CRM notifications daily
  • Notify homeowners of system layouts and assist with any changes needed
  • Work closely with the roofing department to sign documents and schedule installation
  • Assist with obtaining homeowner signatures on all needed forms

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the solar and or customer service industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
  • Confidence, drive, enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility
  • Excellent complex multi-functional project and people management skills
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues in a confidential manner
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Preferred Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of knowledge in the solar industry
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience

Salary Description
$18.00-$20.00/Hour
