Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer needs
• Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices
• Present system options, pricing, financing, and warranties in a clear, professional manner
• Generate new business and drive company sales to meet monthly sales goals
• Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure accurate job details
• Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings
• Maintain detailed reports of sales activities

• 2+ years sales experience preferred
• Residential and Commercial HVAC service work experience preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components and installations
• Experience with CRM software and digital sales tools
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
• Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
