Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and specialty projects
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective, long-term solutions
• Install and service water heaters (tank and tankless), water lines, drains, and fixtures
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
• Ensure all work meets Arizona plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members
• Follow company procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Valid Journeyman Plumber license in Arizona
• 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and materials
• Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
• Ability to perform physical labor, lift equipment, and work in various environments
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Experience with specialty plumbing or advanced repairs is a plus
