Description

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Room Attendant at The Lowline Hotel, where your dedication to cleanliness and guest satisfaction will help create memorable experiences for our guests. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to maintain the cleanliness and attractiveness of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.


Key Responsibilities:

- Service guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces

- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities

- Stock and organize carts with necessary cleaning supplies and room essentials

- Replace bed linens and make beds to hotel standards

- Conduct deep cleaning activities within guest rooms as needed, including carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and detailed sanitation

- Assist with preventative maintenance tasks to ensure rooms are in optimal condition

- Follow safety, security, and company standards at all times

- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly

Requirements

 Skills and Qualifications:


- High School diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality or related field preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members and guests

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

- Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks and lift supplies

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures

- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction 

- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.

- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
