Admissions Contact Center Specialist
Description

Job Details:

  • Contact prospective students via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Deliver approved scripts and transfer interested prospects to Admissions Professionals.
  • Build excitement and rapport with potential students while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Document all prospect activity accurately in Campus Vue CRM.
  • Meet or exceed productivity metrics through consistent outreach.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team and actively participate in our student mentor program.


Skills & Attributes:

  • Outstanding communication skills (phone and face-to-face).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Motivated, adaptable, and passionate about student success.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Excellent attendance and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and occasional Saturdays.

Preferred:

  • Associate Degree or higher.
  • Call center and/or sales experience.
