Description

 Core Responsibilities


  • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, expectations, and hiring priorities.
  • Update and refine position descriptions to align with hiring needs and market expectations.
  • Conduct structured phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
  • Manage candidate pipelines across multiple openings, ensuring accurate tracking and organization within recruitment systems.
  • Determine candidate movement and next steps based on evaluations and hiring manager feedback.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates and internal team members.
  • Document and share clear, concise interview notes to support hiring decisions.
  • Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process to maintain alignment and momentum.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within applicant tracking systems and internal tools.
  • Ensure a consistent and professional hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle candidate and client information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Support recruitment-related projects and process improvements as needed.
     
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related role.
  • Experience conducting phone screens and managing candidate pipelines required.
  • Experience working directly with hiring managers in a professional environment preferred.

  • Independence and Initiative: Operates with minimal oversight and keeps work moving forward.
Salary Description
$28-$31 per hour
