Wide Format & Sign Division Sales Executive

Position Summary
Worth Higgins & Associates is seeking a results-driven Wide Format & Sign Division Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by developing new business and expanding existing client relationships. This role focuses on selling large-format print, signage, environmental graphics, and display solutions to commercial, retail, and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for wide format and signage solutions
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through consultative selling
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, project management) to deliver high-quality solutions
- Develop customized proposals and presentations based on client needs
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay current on industry trends, materials, and production capabilities
Requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (print, signage, or related industry preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Self-motivated with a proactive, hunter mentality
