We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an entry-level operations role that supports the sales organization by managing inventory, tracking company assets, and maintaining operational systems that keep the business running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory across multiple locations
- Track and document company assets using the Redspot inventory management system
- Maintain accurate inventory records and asset status
- Receive, organize, and distribute medical device inventory
- Use Microsoft Excel to track inventory levels, maintain reports, and monitor operational data
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Ensure inventory areas remain organized and properly documented
- Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure required equipment and inventory are available for cases
- Support daily operational processes that allow the sales team to function efficiently

Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
