Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus tailored to various outlets and events
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Check customer identification to verify legal age for alcohol purchase
- Train and mentor staff on new cocktail techniques and standards to ensure consistency
- Maintain a strong presence and positive reputation within the local cocktail community
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols are followed at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Provide exceptional guest service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of bartending and food and beverage experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
