 What You’ll Do

• Bring projects to life by mixing and applying coatings with precision 
• Use air spray guns and professional techniques to deliver flawless finishes 
• Color match to exact client specifications across a variety of materials 
• Prepare surfaces, mask components, and ensure clean, professional results 
• Inspect your work for perfection — no runs, sags, or missed spots 
• Keep projects on track with on-time, high-quality completion 
• Maintain and clean equipment to keep operations running smoothly 
• Work closely with team members and leadership to ensure seamless workflow 

 What You Bring

• Experience with automotive or industrial painting (manufacturing preferred) 
• Strong knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques 
• Sharp attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination 
• Ability to stay organized and manage projects from start to finish
