Description

The Body Shop Admin at Hennessy Collision of Atlanta provides support to the Body Shop team and to help improve efficiency as service volume increases.

  • Ensures an excellent customer experience while visiting our dealership lounge during service and/or vehicle purchases
  • Tracks and monitors service appointments and reports
  • Assists with managing the loaner fleet
  • Manages and orders all office supplies for the dealership
  • Assists with the on-boarding of new employees
  • Provides back-up coverage for other positions
  • Ensure that all manufacture required training is completed by each service associate and service manager every quarter
  • Assist with End of Month responsibilities to make sure all deals are accounted
  • Provides inventory support as needed
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and coworkers with a friendly but professional demeanor
  • Ability to Manage, lead and provide support to team members
  • Possess valid GA Driver's license
