We are seeking a motivated Construction Project Manager/Superintendent Intern to join our team. This full-time, paid internship offers hands-on experience managing an ongoing construction project, while working alongside experienced industry professionals. The position is based in Rochester, NY, with a flexible start date as early as April 2026 and an end date as late as November 2026. Candidates must be available at a minimum of 40 hours per week from May through August 2026.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with supervisors and project team members
• Report issues, concerns, and updates to supervisors in a timely manner
• Support coordination and oversight of subcontractors and field personnel
• Complete daily reports and monitor project progress
• Assist with site supervision and ensure compliance with safety standards

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age, to work at a construction project site
- Must have a driver’s license
- Must have a car to travel to job sites within the Rochester area (mileage reimbursed)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Desire to work in construction management and to learn about construction industry
- Commitment to work standard business hours and overtime as determined by assignment
- Professional and clear verbal and written communication skills, in English language required
- Ability to read and comprehend written information
- Able to work independently, with direction and supervision, and in team environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail

Pay Rate:
$20.00/hr-$23.00/hr
