Tasting Room Ambassador (Beertender + Brand & Growth Support)
Job Type
Part-time
Description

 WHO WE ARE
We are an entrepreneurial craft beverage company driven by taste, creativity, and disciplined execution. We move fast. We test. We improve.

Our tasting rooms are not just places to pour beer — they are growth engines for the brand. Every guest interaction is an opportunity to build loyalty, create advocacy, and generate momentum beyond our walls.

We are looking for people who are energized by connecting with others, delivering exceptional service, and actively contributing to the growth of the business.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This is not a traditional beertender role.

This is a frontline ambassador role responsible for delivering world-class guest experiences while contributing to brand growth through storytelling, content, and community engagement.

You are the face of the brand in real life — and increasingly, a contributor to how the brand shows up online.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy creating memorable experiences, and want to be part of building something bigger, this role is for you.

  • Support social media efforts by contributing ideas, trends, and real-time content
  • Participate in on-site content creation for launches, events, and campaigns
  • Help promote events, releases, and experiences to guests in person
  • Encourage email sign-ups, social follows, and community engagement
  • This role helps feed the marketing engine with authentic, real-world content and connections.

Events & Community Engagement

  • Support execution of tasting room events and activations
  • Create a fun, welcoming, and high-energy environment during peak periods
  • Engage with guests in a way that builds community and connection
