We’re looking for a licensed professional to grow with us.

This hybrid opportunity is ideal for an experienced Insurance Agent who enjoys both relationship-building and closing new business, while delivering tailored solutions to clients across personal and commercial lines.

The ideal candidate will work on-site in West Palm Beach for the first 90 days before transitioning to a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Solicit new personal and commercial business via telephone, networking and through your own centers of insurance. 
• Prepare and provide price quotes for all new and existing business. 
• Quote, bind, and underwrite all new and renewal applications.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.  Understand their unique needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet those needs. 
• Conduct a comprehensive review of policies to identify potential exposures and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell insurance products to existing clients. 
• Engage with new and existing clients to understand their needs and advise them on policy features and coverage.
• Manage renewals and retention to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. 
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist with quotes
• Maintain strong business relationships and deliver excellent client service.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Active 2-20; 4-40 or 20-44 license required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• 2+ years insurance sales and service experience.
• Confidence in prospecting, networking, and closing business.
• Proficiency with agency management software and quoting systems.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Customer service oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration.
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products and market trends.

 Salary is commensurate with experience.

Location (Hybrid): Delray Beach / West Palm Beach / North Palm Beach
