Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in maintaining and carrying out all facets of the Creek Club Women’s side and Spa 1919 operations. This position will be responsible for the activity in and around the Creek Club Women’s side and Spa, including locker rooms, fitness areas, and lounges. This may include, but is not limited to, ensuring sanitation of equipment, stocking items in lounges and locker rooms, assisting in workout area, replenishing towels, laundry for women’s locker room and Spa 1919, scheduling appointments for the spa, and general cleanliness and appearance of Creek Club. These duties are all subject to revisions based on operational demands.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage, stock and order supplies/inventory. This includes but is not limited to coding invoices, submitting to accounting on time, pricing, rotating stock and monitoring expiration dates.
- Management of scheduling services for members/guests and coordinating with service providers.
- Ensure all closing duties are performed/completed satisfactorily by Spa employees.
- Report any issues regarding service, supplies or employees to direct supervisors via email every shift.
- Review daily business to be certain that all charges are put in the system, as well as all chits and transactions are accounted for. Responsible for closing each night out on Jonas, as well as delivering all chits to accounting.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of facilities by sanitizing all equipment, keeping up with laundry demands, ensuring cold plunge and sauna are clean.
- Assist with all Creek Club areas, which include assistance in the spa, work out areas, women’s locker room, and other areas for quantity, quality, and service standards. This also includes helping with room preparations such as setting up tables, towel warmers, and any other preparations for the spa that may be needed.
- Maintain general satisfaction, productivity and morale by handling inquiries, concerns or comments and providing solutions. The Lead Spa Attendant should also acquire feedback from members, guests, and staff to ensure satisfaction and/or implement service improvement ideas.
- Maintain consistency of service by being aware of and prepared for all course events, large parties and reservations that may affect Spa operations.
- Communicate efficiently and personably with the Spa 1919 staff to assist in the coordination of the Spa activities with those at the Cattlemen’s Club. This includes but is not limited to prompt service, accurate scheduling, affirming availability of services, greeting members and guests. This system should be jointly reviewed with staff and revisited when necessary.
- Become familiar with all areas of the Creek Club, such as proper use of equipment, all spa equipment, cold plunge, sauna, amenities available, and services provided. Attend any training given on these topics.
- Communicate professionally, efficiently and personably with guests and members, establishing relationships that can assist in all visits being unique and tailored to the individual. This includes becoming familiar with preferences such as amenities, services, activities, and other information.
- Communicate professionally, efficiently and personably with the General Manager and all other department heads to ensure that special events, tournaments, and specific needs are met in every department. Maintain consistency of service by being aware of, prepared for and ensuring you are aware of all course events, large parties and reservations that may affect the Pool operations.
- Maintain general satisfaction, productivity and morale by handling inquiries, concerns or comments and providing solutions.
- Report any maintenance issues to the maintenance department whenever they arise.
- Follows Company control procedures in order to safeguard all assets including handling member information and equipment.
- Effectively and efficiently completes side work and closing duties, checking out with management before clocking out and leaving work.
- Follows and practices Company standards of cleanliness.
- Promptly reports member concerns, injuries, accidents, and other high-risk issues to management.
- Promptly reports employee and personal or “self” concerns, injuries, accidents, and other high-risk issues to management.
- Participates in daily “pre-shift” meetings as well as mandatory staff meetings.
- If allowed by law, responsible for alerting and receiving permission from management before taking required or allowed breaks.
- Accountable for reporting accurate payroll records through clock-in/clock-out procedures.
- Monitors personal payroll hours and notifies management when hours approach thresholds that necessitate overtime compensation.
- Other ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing.
- Regular movement including but not limited to standing, walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, crouching, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying.
- Constant use of hands and fingers.
- Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the Club.
- Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and able to constantly lift, carry, pull or push up to 25 pounds.
- May be required to work in excessive heat in association with outdoor environment.

Work Environment:
The employee is required to work in an environment that is fast-paced. They are occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions such as excessive cold/heat and outside weather conditions. The employee will be exposed to manicure odors, fragrances such as candles, oils, and lotions associated with the spa industry. Regular exposure to cleaning and other chemicals commonly used in the hospitality/spa industry.
