Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Early Education Principal and assists with the operations of the Early Education School.
Responsibilities:
Primary:
Administrative Support – 60%
- Manage the Early Education Principals calendar.
- Serve as the first point of contact for questions or concerns from students, teachers, parents, or others in the community.
- Assist with the licensing process.
- Maintain accurate and confidential staff, students, and program files.
- Manage assigned projects.
- Assist with planning and executing events in early education.
Early Education Support – 30%
- Track attendance daily.
- Coordinate with substitute teachers.
- Assist in distributing meals to classrooms.
- Manage early education school and office supplies and coordinate to order additional supplies when needed.
- Assist to distribute communication to teachers, aides and other support staff.
Other duties as assigned – 10%

Travel: This position requires no travel.
Working Conditions: This job operates in a professional office environment and will routinely use standard office equipment such computers, photocopiers, and smartphones. The work environment also involves working in a Preschool-12 Private Christian School and Evangelical Church environment and all employees are expected to have a demonstrated and personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Working Hours: Typically, employees are expected to work during normal hours and days of business, between Monday and Friday. Specific expectations for each position will be communicated by the supervisor of this position. Occasional weekend and evening hours may be required. This position works 40 hours per week and 12 months of the year.
