The Graphic Design Intern will support the design and production of a wide variety of marketing deliverables that visually communicate the firm’s brand. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who values strong ideas and can help bring those ideas to life. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities
• Conceptualize and design marketing materials—including brochures, ads, presentations, and graphics—for both print and digital platforms from concept to completion under the direction of the Director of Marketing.
• Assist with social media content creation, post scheduling, analytics monitoring, and brand mention tracking.
• Manage and organize digital assets, including photo libraries and collateral.
• Support ongoing website updates and maintenance (WordPress preferred).
• Uphold and reinforce company brand standards across all materials.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Basic understanding of marketing, production workflows, website design, corporate identity, and multimedia design.
• Knowledge of layout design, typography, and best practices for print and digital media.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop; Premiere Pro is a plus).
• Experience with presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to collaborate, take feedback, and iterate on designs.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines at once.
