We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving computer problems, including diagnosing hardware failures, software conflicts, and network connectivity issues.
  • Install and configure software applications, operating systems, and peripherals.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating IT documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
  • Participate in IT projects, such as hardware and software upgrades, network expansions, and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Perform basic coding tasks using Javascript and Python for scripting and automation.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to identify and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Gain exposure to ServiceNow, our IT service management platform.


Requirements

  

Qualifications:

  • Currently  enrolled in a College degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong  problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Basic  understanding of computer hardware and software, including operating systems, networking concepts, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Any coding experience is a huge plus, particularly in Javascript and Python.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and a passion for technology.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with help desk support or customer service.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
