Brinkman is looking for a Porter to join our team in serving our residential and commercial properties! Be proud of the work you do every day – our team is inspired by the impact we make in our community.

At Brinkman, being a Porter involves an eye for details and excellent motivation. While you enjoy the hands-on work of ensuring our buildings are well kept and in functioning order, it is your desire for organization and cleanliness that sets you apart. Your housekeeping, hotel and/or multifamily maintenance background gives you the skills to handle any task, and your customer service skills ensure that residential and commercial tenants are satisfied.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, common areas, restrooms, etc.

· Assists maintenance and property management team with assigned maintenance tasks.

· Assists in cleaning of commercial tenant spaces at turnover.

· Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs to available apartments and/or common areas to maintenance supervisor.

· Provides excellent customer service to tenants and assistance to property management and maintenance teams by upholding Brinkman’s mission and core values.

· Uses manual and power tools for groundskeeping, including but not limited to leaf blowers, trimmers, shears, and pressure washers.

Requirements

· Six months of housekeeping/janitorial/grounds experience.

· Experience using computer and smartphone/tablet systems to manage and track service tickets. 

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

· Experience maintaining and tracking service tickets using property management software is a plus. 

· Neat, clean, and professional at all times throughout the workday and whenever present in the community.

· Responsible, diligent, and self-motivated.

· Current driver’s license and valid for the past 12 consecutive months.

· Acceptable background check and motor vehicle record per company standards.

· High school education or equivalent.

While this position will be based in Fort Collins, with travel to Loveland, there are occasions where further travel around northern Colorado may be required.

Salary Description
Base salary of $20.50 - $22.00 per hour
