ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Oversee daily bar operations to ensure exceptional efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Craft and serve innovative and classic cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks with precision and creativity.
• Supervise, mentor, and train bartenders to maintain top-tier performance and adherence to drink preparation standards.
• Manage bar inventory, conduct stock checks, and ensure proper storage and replenishment of supplies.
• Develop and update the drink menu, incorporating seasonal and trending options to captivate guests.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Professionally handle guest interactions, addressing concerns and special requests while fostering a positive atmosphere.
• Collaborate with management to plan special events, promotions, and team training programs.
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting required.
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and bar tools.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience operating a POS system and handling cash.
• Valid alcohol service certification, where required by local laws.
