Pay & Earning Potential:

• Earn up to $22+ per hour (inclusive of $12/ hr base pay + profit share + tips)
• We offer Full Time (4+ shifts/week)
• Uncapped performance incentives — the more you fill the truck, the more you earn
• Various shifts are available as we operate 7 days a week - everyone works 1 weekend day each week

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Customer Service: Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Teamwork: Drive to local residences and businesses with your truck team to remove unwanted items.
• Physical Activity: Lift and remove items (ability to repeatedly lift and carry more than 50 lbs all through the day).
• Positive Energy: Bring your strong work ethic and positive attitude to every job.

You’ll build skills in sales, negotiation, leadership, and operations — all transferable to long-term career growth.

Qualifications:

• Age & License: 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license.

• Physical Fitness: Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 50lbs repeatedly.
• Effective Communicator: Clear and confident communication skills.
• Experience: Previous customer service, driving, and general labor experience is helpful but not required.
