What You’ll Be Doing:

• Customer Service: Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Teamwork: Drive to local residences and businesses with your truck team to remove unwanted items.
• Physical Activity: Lift and remove items (ability to repeatedly lift and carry more than 50 lbs all through the day).
• Positive Energy: Bring your strong work ethic and positive attitude to every job.

This role develops transferable skills in customer service, sales, operations, and leadership.

Pay & Earning Potential: 

• Earn up to $22 per hour (base pay $10/hr + commission/profit share + tips)
• Uncapped performance-based incentives
• Full-time positions available (4+ shifts per week)
• We operate 7 days a week; all team members work one weekend day

Qualifications:

• Age & License: 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license.
