Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient primary care opportunity focused on delivering high quality, relationship driven care. This role offers predictable scheduling, strong physician collaboration, and long-term clinical stability.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This position provides full scope primary care in a 100 percent outpatient setting. The provider will work within a collaborative clinical team while maintaining autonomy in patient care delivery and decision making.

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
• 4x10 option available
• 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours
• 1:12 phone only call shared with MD

COMPENSATION
• Base salary: $110,000 to $135,000
• Fiscal year productivity bonus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
• Manage patient panel with continuity of care focus
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
• Utilize Athena EMR for documentation
• Support preventive and chronic disease management

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active Maine Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain
• DEA
