Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a relationship driven outpatient primary care setting. This role offers predictable scheduling, strong physician collaboration, and long term clinical stability.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This position provides full scope primary care in a 100 percent outpatient setting. The provider will work within a collaborative clinical team while maintaining autonomy in patient care delivery and decision making.

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
• Option for 4 day work week (4x10s)
• 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours
• 1:12 phone only call rotation shared with physician

COMPENSATION
• Base salary $110,000 to $135,000 based on experience
• Fiscal year productivity bonus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
• Manage patient panel with continuity of care focus
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
• Utilize Athena EMR for documentation
• Support preventative and chronic disease management

REQUIREMENTS
• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active Maine NP license or ability to obtain
• DEA license
• Experience providing comprehensive outpatient primary care
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to team based and community focused care
