Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a stable, mission driven outpatient setting. This is an opportunity to practice full scope primary care with strong physician collaboration, dedicated administrative time, and long term career stability.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Family Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive outpatient primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, preventative care, and chronic disease management. This role operates within a team based care model with physician support while maintaining autonomy in clinical decision making.

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
• Option for 4 day work week (4x10s)
• 36 clinical hours plus 4 administrative hours
• Shared phone only call rotation (1 to 12)

COMPENSATION
• Base salary $110,000 to $135,000 depending on experience
• Annual productivity bonus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide full scope outpatient primary care services
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform preventative care and health screenings
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Athena EMR

REQUIREMENTS
• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active or eligible Maine Nurse Practitioner license
• DEA license required
• Experience in outpatient primary care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
• Ability to work in a team based care environment
• Commitment to community focused healthcare
