Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on solving complex challenges and growing strategic accounts? We're looking for a Named Account Executive based in Plano, TX to own and expand a portfolio of accounts through consultative selling, creative strategy, and genuine partnership.
About the role
This is a sales-focused position with full ownership of new customer acquisition and account expansion across an assigned book of business. You'll sell resale products and services both in person and across digital channels and be expected to work independently on complex deals while collaborating cross-functionally to support broader company goals. Success here is measured by growth, and the path to it is yours to build.
What you'll do
- Build and execute strategic account plans. Identify target mid-sized and small enterprise companies, research key contacts, select entry-point products, and develop multi-threaded outreach strategies including contingency approaches when needed.
- Cultivate lasting relationships. Engage meaningfully with customers, OEM partners, coworkers, and local network contacts to build trust and long-term business value.
- Turn customer needs into compelling solutions. Understand challenges at a deep level, then craft and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, contracts, and RFP responses that resonate.
- Close with confidence. Lead final pricing and contract negotiations, working with sales management as needed to get deals across the line.
- Keep the pipeline sharp. Maintain accurate CRM records, client data, opportunities, and forecasts to support sales processes, reporting, and visibility across the team.

What you bring to the team:
- Proficient in using Salesforce to manage client data, track opportunities, and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Skilled at predicting sales outcomes, setting realistic targets, managing a health pipeline to support business planning.
- Skilled with modern sales platforms and techniques to generate leads and engage prospects through structured, multi-touch campaigns.
- Ability to travel, travel onsite to our customers as well as various sales meetings as needed.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ Years Professional Experience
Experience:
- 4+ Years Experience Sales and/or customer support experience of technology products, services and/or complex technical solutions.
Required License(s)/Certification(s):
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, insurance and have access to reliable transportation.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
This position may be performed in either a standard office setting or a home office environment. It requires prolonged periods of sitting, frequent use of a computer and other office equipment, and effective time management in a self-directed work environment. Occasional lifting of items up to 25 pounds may be required.
