Cheetah Clean Auto Wash is a fast-growing premium car wash platform headquartered in Bowling Green, KY, expanding across Kentucky and Tennessee.  Our Shepherdsville location is a major operation within our company, and we are hiring a senior-level General Manager who can build strong teams, drive performance, and maintain a high standard of execution. 

This is one of the most important leadership roles in the company. The Shepherdsville General Manager helps set the operational standard for current and future locations.

We are specifically looking for a top-performing operations leader, not just someone looking for the next job. This is a hands-on leadership role. Our leaders lead from the front, including working alongside the team and washing cars during peak periods to maintain speed, quality, and standards. 

What You Will Own

This role has real operational responsibility and leadership impact.

You will lead:

• Full site P&L performance
• Labor management and productivity
• Recruiting, building, and developing strong teams
• Membership growth and customer experience
• Equipment uptime and operational standards
• Safety, cleanliness, and execution
• Implementation of company systems and leadership standards

You will also:

• Develop future managers and leaders
• Strengthen team culture and accountability
• Help improve operations across the company

Required Experience

Candidates should have experience:

• Leading managers and supervisors

• Managing labor and operational performance

Experience with P&L responsibility is strongly valued.

Work Expectations

This is an operations-driven leadership role. The General Manager is expected to:

• Be present on-site during key operating hours
• Lead during high-volume periods
• Support daily operations when needed
• Work alongside the team, including washing cars during busy times
• Be available for early mornings, weekends, and peak business periods
• Maintain high standards for safety, service, and speed
