About This Opportunity
Operate and set up CNC press brake machinery to fabricate metal parts according to specifications. Read blueprints, monitor quality, and ensure production of accurate parts.
Bonus Opportunity
- $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days
Assignment Details
Pay: $18.50/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Mon-Thurs 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM, Friday 6:00 AM- 12:00 PM
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Start: ASAP

- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Client Interview Required
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC press break machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
- Manufacture parts to specification
- Perform quality checks using measuring equipment
- Monitor production for consistency and defects
- Complete work orders and track production output
- Support general fabrication and production needs
Work Environment and Dress Code
- Casual but appropriate for manufacturing environment
- Steel-toed boots
- CNC press brake experience (required)
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience with measuring tools
- Manufacturing or metal fabrication background
Preferred Requirements
- Forklift experience a plus (can be certified on-site)
- Ability to work independently or on a team
Client Notes
- From Client: We base our wage off of experience. Position requires experience. The Brake Press must be CNC Brake Press experience. The more experience, higher the wage. Let's say the base starting wage with only a few months experience would be $20. Since we pay 100% of Medical and dental premiums along with a couple other benefits, we consider that as part of their wage. This includes families. When we start them out as temps we start lower and bump them up when we on board them.
