Join MORryde’s Employee Services Team!
MORryde is looking for a professional with the right combination of skills to fill an HR Generalist role in our fast-paced Employee Services (HR) Department.
In this role your primary focus will be to add administrative support to our Training & Development and Safety teams. There are a lot of behind-the-scenes details that need maintained, tracked, and reported on to ensure we provide the best training and development opportunities to our team. The same goes for our safety initiatives, safety training, and overall compliance requirements. In this role you will help assist in those day-to-day responsibilities by recording and auditing employee department and safety training courses, initiating surveys and completing in-person meetings to gather feedback and monitor program success, and working with team members to strengthen and make our initiatives more robust.
At MORryde, our Employee Services team works collaboratively. While you will have your daily area of focus to take ownership of, you must be flexible and willing to help wherever needed. This will give you a wide range of understanding of all things HR – payroll, recruiting, benefits, employee engagement, and more.
What You’ll Do:
- Support Training & Development and Safety efforts by tracking data, auditing reports, scheduling trainings, facilitating onboarding initiatives, and working on special projects.
- Maintain various electronic employment records and systems.
- Serve as a point of contact and resource on HR policies, programs, and procedures.
- In addition to training and safety efforts, you may also provide support and handle tasks relating to Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Recruiting, Benefits, and other Human Resource functions. You’ll have the opportunity to learn our company from the ground up and gain experience in nearly every aspect of this essential MORryde Team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred but not required.
- Highest degree of integrity when working with confidential information and data
- Aptitude to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in HRIS platforms, along with all Microsoft Office products
- Energetic, positive, and friendly personality combined with a customer focused attitude
We are seeking a person who is energetic, motivated, and passionate about providing “Raving Fan” customer service. Someone who takes direction and can also work very independently, taking ownership for tasks and deadlines, and who is passionate about providing exceptional service in all interactions.
This is a fast-paced role and department where no two days are the same. If you communicate effectively, are detail-oriented, push yourself to excellence, and thrive in a customer-focused position, Employee Services at MORryde is the place for you!
