How GoMacro’s history shapes who we are today?

During her 2003 battle with cancer, co-founder Amelia Kirchoff created the first MacroBar® recipe in her kitchen on the Wisconsin family farm. Position Description: 

The Social Media Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for managing influencer partnerships, brand ambassador programs, and day-to-day community engagement across social platforms. Working closely with the Social Media Manager and Digital Content Coordinator, this role supports the growth of the brand’s social presence through authentic relationships with creators and direct engagement with the brand’s online community. 


This role plays an important part in expanding brand reach and relevance by identifying and activating creators who align with the brand’s values and audience. The role also ensures the brand maintains a strong, consistent presence through thoughtful community interaction and proactive relationship building. Additional responsibilities and expectations are outlined below. 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Source, vet, and manage influencer partnerships, including negotiation, briefing, and execution of campaigns. 
  • Oversee the brand ambassador program, including recruitment, goals and incentives, and ongoing relationship management. 
  • Manage deliverables, timelines, contracts, and campaign coordination across marketing initiatives. 
  • Support management of program budgets, assisting with spend tracking and payment processing to ensure accurate budget oversight and efficient use of resources. 
  • Track influencer and ambassador performance, reporting on reach, engagement, and overall campaign impact. 
  • Manage daily social media community engagement, including responding to comments, messages, and tagged content. 
  • Track content performance and provide insights that inform future content development. 
  • Engage with relevant creators, brands, and cultural conversations to strengthen the brand’s presence beyond owned channels.
  •  Brainstorm and develop new content ideas in collaboration with cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment with broader campaigns and marketing priorities. 


Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be a self-starter and take initiative
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication skills; speaking, presenting, writing, and editing
  • Comfortable being on-camera and executing brand-appropriate TikTok trends
  • Prior Food and Beverage industry a bonus, but not required
Requirements

 Skills Required: 

  • 3+ years in an influencer management, brand ambassador program management, or similar role. 
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills. 
  • Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems and social media culture. 
  • Ability to track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics. 
  • Strong attention to brand voice and community engagement best practices. 
  • Ability to proactively identify needs, independently manage priorities, and drive tasks through completion. 

Education/Training Required:

Bachelor’s degree, Marketing or Communications preferred

Minimal travel required
