Description

A single-family office in Chicago is seeking a proactive, detail-driven Administrative Assistant to support of team of advisory professionals.


Job responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate meetings, materials, and action items
  • Handle document delivery, mailings, and workflow tasks
  • Support professionals with scheduling, calendars, and travel
  • Assist with events, team activities, and office operations
  • Serve as backup to the Office Manager and assist with special projects
Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience in financial services
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and SharePoint
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
