Description
A single-family office in Chicago is seeking a proactive, detail-driven Administrative Assistant to support of team of advisory professionals.
Job responsibilities include:
- Coordinate meetings, materials, and action items
- Handle document delivery, mailings, and workflow tasks
- Support professionals with scheduling, calendars, and travel
- Assist with events, team activities, and office operations
- Serve as backup to the Office Manager and assist with special projects
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in financial services
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and SharePoint
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
