The Foot Care Center is a patient-focused podiatry practice dedicated to delivering high-quality foot and ankle care in a welcoming, professional environment. Our team works collaboratively to ensure patients receive excellent clinical care paired with an outstanding experience from check-in to follow-up with three locations in Montana and Wyoming.
We are seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical offices in Montana and Wyoming. This role serves as the front-line leader of the practice and is responsible for administrative excellence, staff leadership, patient experience, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage all aspects of daily medical office operations
· Recruit, interview, hire, train, and evaluate front and back office staff
· Create and manage staff and provider schedules; coordinate coverage for absences
· Review and approve employee timecards and manage staffing levels
· Serve as the primary liaison between physicians, staff, and corporate partners
· Ensure exceptional patient experience and lead patient satisfaction efforts
· Oversee front office processes including patient registration, check-in, insurance verification, and copay collection
· Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements
· Order medical and office supplies; maintain inventory and vendor records· Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in partnership with the compliance team
· Assist with physician license renewals (medical, DEA, radiology, business licenses, etc.)
· Support practice growth initiatives, local outreach, and operational improvements
· Perform OIG checks, safety inspections, and other compliance-related tasks
· Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Knowledge of medical office operations, scheduling, and patient workflows
· Experience working with EMR systems (ModMed experience is a plus)
Education and Experience
· High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Prior supervisory or management experience required
· Minimum of 2–5 years of administrative experience in a medical office preferred
· Experience in healthcare operations including scheduling, insurance verification, billing, or patient financial services preferred
