What You’ll Do

As a CNA, you’ll provide hands-on care and support to residents while building meaningful relationships.

Your day may include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming) 
  • Supporting mobility, transfers, and restorative care programs 
  • Helping with meals, hydration, and nutrition 
  • Monitoring residents and reporting changes to the nursing team 
  • Providing compassionate, person-centered care tailored to each resident 
  • Supporting a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment

Requirements

 What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Current Oregon CNA license 
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) 
  • A genuine passion for caring for others 
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills 
  • Ability to stay positive and compassionate in a      fast-paced environment 

Physical Requirements (Real Talk) This is an active role. You’ll:

  • Be on your feet, walking and assisting residents throughout your shift 
  • Lift/move up to ~60 lbs with proper equipment and team support 
  • Help residents safely transfer and move
